LOCATION

Gotsu City is located on the coast of the Sea of Japan in Shimane prefecture, which is on the south western part of Honshu. Although separated by the Sea of Japan, Gotsu is very close to Korea. The nearest large city to Gotsu is Hiroshima, which is approximately 2 hours to the south by car.
